…And so that’s the big news! I found out last Friday and I think that’s when I went crazy on facebook and told you guys I had a secret but couldn’t tell you til Wednesday! If I did, YouTube said they would kill me. Def didn’t think it was worth dying over.

UH-OH! Obliques ULTIMATE Workout!

I just filmed this 13 minute side-slimming video this morning and you guys are gonna love love love this new move called “candle stick dipping”. It absolutely kills your obliques. I added this move to all of my pilates classes this past week and boy was I feelin it every time I woke up.

This is a BlogilatesTV production, so you gotta turn up your own music! You may hear a bus or some cars drive by in the background if you don’t (sorry I live on a very busy street).

PUSH UP CHALLENGE!!! How many can YOU do!???

I had tons of fun filming this video AFTER doing a really intense upper body session. (Too bad you can’t hear the sarcasm in my typing.) Just kidding, no really, it was fun and you need to get on your palms and toes and try this too.

“Muffin top” definition was added to the Oxford English dictionary on Thursday 3/24/2011.

The first definition refers to the top portion of an actual muffin. The second, more pejorative entry, however, refers to “a protuberance of flesh above the waistband of a tight pair of trousers.”

Let’s celebrate and do the Muffin Top Exterminator video! An oldie but a goodie.
