FLAT BELLY FAT BURNER - full 10 min!
I took my best ab exercises and choreographed some awesome HIIT cardio moves into the routine to give you the best Flat belly burner workout you’d ever want. My goal is to make every video I release in 2014 as intense and effective as possible - and bring it to the next level for you. Here’s your first video of the new year! These are the POP HIITs I’ve made so far with video demo and at-home modifications:
I knew you were trouble kettlebell burpee burnout. CRAZIEST HIIT WORKOUT EVERRRRRR!!!!! If you’re at home, just do walking lunges instead of swings. Place hands behind your head!
This might just kill you. But you know, the good kind :)

Do the above routine 3 x through with 30 sec rest in between ea move and 1 min rest between ea set. End with a 10 min cardio blast. If you don’t have a treadmill do the FAT MELTING ROUTINE once through.
