UH-OH! Obliques ULTIMATE Workout!
I just filmed this 13 minute side-slimming video this morning and you guys are gonna love love love this new move called “candle stick dipping”. It absolutely kills your obliques. I added this move to all of my pilates classes this past week and boy was I feelin it every time I woke up.
This is a BlogilatesTV production, so you gotta turn up your own music! You may hear a bus or some cars drive by in the background if you don’t (sorry I live on a very busy street).

New BlogilatesTV Workout!
“You’ve Got Abs! Challenge”
Here is my first workout for BlogilatesTV and of course we are celebrating with abs abs abs!!! It’s a CHALLENGE so keep in mind that these moves are quite advanced, so work your way up to it and don’t be discouraged if you can’t do something ok?
Turn on your fave music and try to do this 2-3x over, more if you want, but seriously, if you’re starting to lose form, you need to take a break.
