New look and feel for my latest Pop Pilates release! Intense Abs. Thought I should try classic songs for this one, just in case you like the moves but feel like (6 months later) the songs are a little “outdated”. This workout really paid attention to the whole plate of abs - upper, lower, and transverse abdominals. I love the moves in this one not only because they are new to me, but because they burn like CRAZY even with a few pulses!
Give it a shot and keep rotating through the vids to get a nice full body workout. Thanks for the requests. It looks like back will have to be next.
And yes, I hear your calls for a cardio workout, but, that may or may not happen seeing that these series are called “Pop Pilates”. What would I call the cardio series?
