Cassey's Favorite Things

ZERO CALORIE NOODLES: I love actually feeling full when I eat and these Miracle Noodles allow me to still enjoy pastas without the calories, gluten, and carbs. They're made of 97% water and 3% fiber (glucomannan).
CUTE WORKOUT CLOTHES: Been a fan of BEBE SPORT since high school.
EGG WHITES: A must-have source of high protein with very low cals. I never ever waste egg yolks, so I buy my pure liquid egg whites in tubs online from Egg Whites Intl. It's much cheaper than buying them at the store.
BOOTY SHORTS: My fave pair this month are from FitActivewear.

HAHAHAHAHA I loved this music video. For those of us health nuts out there, you WILL totally appreciate this. Couldn’t help but smile throughout the whole thing. I love my Whole Foods. And this is the truth!
