if you consume less calories than you burn, isnt that unhealthy? i thought females were supposed to consume 2000 a day, and im only burning like 300 calories at the most?
or am i misunderstanding? thanks

I’m making a quick exception to answer this…no you’re not burning 300 calories a day. Your basal metabolic rate is what you burn just by LIVING. By laying in bed all day I would burn 1379 cals as a female w/ my height, weight, and age.

Your daily energy requirement based on your level of activity will be much higher. Say I am pretty sedentary, my daily energy requirement would be 1900 cals. Lightly active, 2100 cals. Consume less that THIS NUMBER, your daily energy requirement, and you will lose weight.
