Coconut flour pancakes with homemade raspberry strawberry saawwwce! Ingredients: 2TBS coconut flour, 1/2 TBS psyllium husks, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1tsp stevia, pinch of salt. I’m still working on the recipe because I think it could be fluffier, but it tastes very good with the berry saawwwce! Which was just 1 TBS of low sugar strawberry jam and a small handful of frozen raspberries cooked in the microwave for 20 sec! Yummy! (Taken with Instagram)
