OMG so the new cardio video is up! I filmed this after doing an hour of Power Yoga and a run through of what I thought was going to be the final version of the cardio intervals. I may be a LITTLE more out of breath than usual, but oh well, got through it!
It was tough for me - so make sure to take breaks when you feel you can’t go anymore. Do it as MANY times as you want.
Here’s to melting the fat!
I’ll probably do the butt workout this weekend and then perhaps film a sesh on what to eat before and after a workout.
