Who wants legs that guys can’t take their eyes off? Umm, we all do. So here it is. The slimmer inner thighs and runner’s calves workout from Pop Pilates. I had a ton of fun making this one and was seriously sore a few hours later. (Well, I had to film it a couple times because one of the songs came on twice. Ugh.)
