Hi, my name is Cassey Ho and I'm a Pilates Instructor, healthy foodie freak, and the designer of oGorgeous Yoga Bags. You may have suffered through some of my POP Pilates workouts on YouTube.

Cassey's Favorite Things

ZERO CALORIE NOODLES: I love actually feeling full when I eat and these Miracle Noodles allow me to still enjoy pastas without the calories, gluten, and carbs. They're made of 97% water and 3% fiber (glucomannan).
CUTE WORKOUT CLOTHES: Been a fan of BEBE SPORT since high school.
EGG WHITES: A must-have source of high protein with very low cals. I never ever waste egg yolks, so I buy my pure liquid egg whites in tubs online from Egg Whites Intl. It's much cheaper than buying them at the store.
BOOTY SHORTS: My fave pair this month are from FitActivewear.
