I’m practicing standing splits just as a personal goal after every workout. It also stretches out my hammies. I want to be able to do it without hands one day! Last week my leg was still bent but today for the first time in my life I could lift my leg nearly straight! I surprised myself and it felt pretty cool! Just remember…if you want something and you want it real bad, you’ll figure out a way to make it happen. Every bit of practice counts. Keep trying. You’ll get there one day.
Just made the most delish Sunshine Muffins ever with @sweatybetties!! Here’s the healthy recipe for 12 servings: 2 cups oat flour (you can put oats in a blender and make yourself), 2 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tsp pumpkin spice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 orange (peeled), 1/4 cup stevia, 2 large egg whites (or 1 egg), 1 avocado (mashed), 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 cups grated carrots, 1 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup shelled and chopped pistachios. DIRECTIONS: mix everything together except for the pistachios. Top them last. Then set oven to 375F for 15 min and bake. Omg so good like you wouldn’t believe! #healthy #foodporn

DIY: BLACKHEADS, BE GONE
Bye bye blackheads: Use a half lemon and 3-4 drops of honey. Rub the lemon on your face, especially in blackhead-prone areas like nose, chin etc. Leave the lemon and honey mixture on your face for 5 minutes, then wash it with cold water. You should see the results immediately. Additionally, lemon juice will also fade other marks/spots on the face and honey will moisturize.
