POPsters, it’s on. I just submitted my before pic to our Dietbet game and I just want to let you know that I’m going to be super transparent with you about what I’m eating, how I’m working out, and my weight/body fat % (when I have access to a machine). I was nervous to post this scale but as your friend and instructor, I want to be open with you. I want you to know that transforming your body isn’t some kind of secret. It’s about eating as whole and natural as possible and being active everyday. To help us all be successful in this #blogilatesbet I want you all to post your food journal meals onto Instagram. Also post a sweaty pic after you finish your daily workout. I will be checking! The hashtags to use this month are #blogilatesbet if you’re doing the Dietbet and #juneonfire for calendar followers! Also by popular request I will also release a beginner’s calendar tonight or early tomorrow morning. Watch for it on the blog.
