Basic Butt Kickin' Workouts
Since it is hard to describe a lot of my POP Pilates moves without photo or video, I decided to create some super basic workouts for you to follow. I used some classic moves that everyone should know. If you don’t know ‘em, just google it.

Cool website for finding new workout music
For those of you out there who are group exercise instructors and junkies, especially the cardio ones (Turbo Kickboxing, Zumba anyone?), you’d know all about BPM or beats per minute. It’s like a metronome that will dictate your every move in class.

Rainbow Rice Recipe

What happens when you fry an egg with applesauce?
Major experiment. If we can sub applesauce for oil in baking, can we also sub it for oil when frying? I take the challenge.
The contenders await their feat. An egg. A jar of applesauce.
Applesauce heads into the heated pan first. He makes like Pac-Man. I then crack my egg over the glob of apple mush and helplessly await as the clear turns to white.

Sad about how my last post came off as Eating...
Hey guys,
So this is going to be a feeling post. A really long one.
I get scared when I write feeling posts because when I just say or type what I am honestly feeling I tend to get a lot of mail saying how I should censor what I say. Or take a step back and ask myself if I problem. Or how I am being disrespectful to someone. Or someone’s higher being. (“Don’t say OMG!”)

Motivation - losing it. Then getting it back!
Motivation is a weird thing. It can make us go crazy hyper for hours or it can make us lazy and self destructive beyond control.

New Protein Pancake Recipe with Mila
