As most of you guys know, I workout consistently 5-6x a week, leaning more on the 6, 95% of the time. I do this because I enjoy it, it makes me feel energized afterwards, it makes me make healthier food choices, and of course burning fat and...

A Not So Walk in the Park Workout
Source
Summer is so great because you can do everything outside. ESPECIALLY work out. I love utilizing the jungle gyms at the nearby parks because that’s how kids stay fit. Most of them don’t have to worry about their weight because they are always running around. Recess means activity. Not hanging out and talking. I like. Let’s take it back in time.
Here’s my Saturday...

PICK ME UP WORKOUT after 2 Day Hiatus
OMG I can’t remember the last time I went more than 1 day without working out. The last 2 days I’ve been stuck on the computer - filming, editing and emailing away. This is starting to take over my life! I also just received my 2nd set of samples for the oGorgeous and Flomme yoga bags and they are nearly perfect. I have to finish off those revisions so that I can actually have sales...

Today, let's love our bodies! What's your fave...
Mine are my legs and my hands.
A lot of times us females get so focused on the parts of our bodies that we want to change so badly that we don’t take the time to appreciate our natural “god-given” beauty - the parts of us that come with little to no effort thanks to genetics.
That’s right. Forget your batwings, muffintops, lovehandles, thunder thighs, cankles, and bulky...

Fat Mirrors & Skinny Mirrors
Have you guys ever looked in different mirrors in the same day and felt that you looked thin in one and a little larger in the other?
I’ve always contemplated this theory of mine that group exercise rooms and dressing rooms have special “skinny” mirrors installed to help make people feel better about themselves/stay motivated. I have no idea where they get these skinny mirrors but it seems...

Expert Spotlight: Celebrity Yoga & Pilates...
I am so excited to be interviewing celebrity trainer Kristin McGee! Last week we somehow came across each other on Twitter (I don’t remember how) but when I found out that Kristin was actually the woman on the cover of those MTV Pilates dvds I see at Barnes & Noble all the time, I died. Did you know she’s also helped shaped the bodies of superstars like Tina Fey and LeAnn Rimes?
